How long does it take for my items to be delivered upon ordering?
The shipping itself can vary on delivery time based on which form of shipping you choose. If you pick our Economy (free) shipping option, this has an estimated delivery time of 4 working days. The Express shipping option has an estimated delivery time of 2 working days and has a priority free of R100.
Can I track my items when they are being shipped?
Yes you can! Once your items have been dispatched from the Mad Dogs warehouse and allocated a tracking number, we will directly email you the tracking site along with the tracking number so you can track the journey of your items to your front door.
How do I make an exchange or return?
To make an exchange or return with us, you will need to send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your order number, return address and which items you would like to exchange or return. We will then be in contact to arrange accordingly. You can also visit our Returns & Exchange Policy page if you're unsure of anything.
How do I contact Mad Dogs directly?
You can contact us in a number of different ways. The most common, structured and traditional method is via our contact page where you will fill out your details and the category in which you need assistance. The second method is to send us an email to email@example.com and label the subject line accordingly. Lastly, you can always give us a call on +27 66 412 9559 and we'll be happy to assist where we can.
Are there any physical stores or retail outlets?
Currently there are no physical stores or retail outlets. At this time, the only location you can buy our products is the online store.
Do you ship or deliver outside of South Africa?
The short answer is yes we do. The long answer is that in order for us to ship outside of South Africa, we will have to send you a custom quote depending on the weight of your goods and also the country in which you wish your goods to be sent. The best way to do this is to send us an email with your desired items and the address/location you wish them to be sent and we will get back to you.
I have bought Mad Dogs items a long time ago, is the sizing still the same?
No, the sizing has changed a fair amount from back in the day so please be sure to check our sizing guide before purchasing to avoid any excess returns or exchanges. The size guides can be found on the product page where you select your size and quantity before adding to your cart or checking out.
Can I buy an item as a gift for someone else?
Currently you aren't able to send an item directly as a gift to someone. We are looking to introduce this feature soon though! Gift Cards are currently the only item you can send to someone directly. Once you receive your Gift Card via email, you can then forward that email to that special someone!
How do I add a Gift Card to my Apple Wallet?
This is fairly straight forward. Once you have purchased your Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a link. Simply click the link in your email and it will open a new tab in your browser. Below the QR code you will see the option to 'Add to Apple Wallet'. That's it, you now have your Gift Card available on Apple Wallet!
How do I see my Loyalty Points and how do I earn them?
You can view your Loyalty Points on our widget located on the online store. This widget is the hub for your Loyalty Points where you can see how many you have, how to earn more and claiming your rewards and discounts. Earning points is easy, you receive 1 Loyalty Points for every R1 you spend with us. For every milestone of Loyalty Points you earn, you can then claim your discount towards your next purchase.
