Introduction

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Section 1 - Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Section 2 - Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Section 4 - Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few working days, depending on your banks policies and processing procedures.
