Returns & exchange guide


In order to make sure you correctly process your exchange or return, please follow the steps below. If you do not follow these steps, it may cause delays, complications or even ineligibility of your request to make an exchange or return.

Making your return or exchange:

Step 1 - Notify us

To begin making your return or exchange, please send an email to This email must state if it is an exchange or return, contain your order number and the items you are returning or exchanging. If you are making an exchange, please state which items you will be exchanging.

Step 2 - Return your items

Whether you are making a return or exchange, you will need to ship your items back to our warehouse. Please use this address: (Aramex) 3 Henna Dolf West, Richmond Park, Milnerton, 744, Cape Town.

Step 3 - Return confirmation

Once your item(s) have been shipped back to our warehouse, please send us an email to with confirmation of dispatch and include a copy of your waybill for reference.

Step 4 - Final inspection

Once your item(s) have officially arrived at our warehouse, they will go through a final inspection to make sure the condition is acceptable for a return or exchange. If it is a return, your refund will be issued upon approval. If it is an exchange, your new item(s) will be sent back to you upon approval.
