What sizes do you offer?

This will depend more specifically on the item in question. Usually, our products are available from x-small to xx-large but some items may differ. You can view all available sizes for a product on the product page.

How do I find my size? Do you have a size guide?

Finding your size is straightforward, simply open the size guide located on the product page for all sizing information. All size guides are located within the product image gallery. If you are not sure about which size to order, you're welcome to contact us so we can assist.

Are your products true to size?

Yes. All of our products are measured by hand to ensure that the measurements and information provided to you is both accurate and true to size.

What materials are your clothes made from?

Almost all of our products are made from 100% cotton. However, there may be some exceptions to this in the case artificial blends are used for products that perform a specific function such as swimwear. We focus on using cotton-based products as it provides higher quality levels and more versatile for those with sensitive skin. You can check the material composition of a product on the product page.

Do you restock sold-out items? If so, when?

This will depend on a number of factors which include popularity, seasonality and availability. For example, items that form part of a collaboration collection will not be restocked since they are classified as limited-edition products. For restockable items, we will do our best to avoid having no stock available.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse the product(s) you would like to purchase, add the desired quantities to your cart and navigate to the checkout page. During the checkout process, you will need to provide personal information, shipping information and pay for your order to successfully place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through the Payfast system. Accepted payment methods include Visa (credit & cheque), Mastercard (credit & cheque), American Express (credit & cheque), Visa Electron (debit), Maestro (debit), Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper and Scan to Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payfast ensures secure storage and capture of payment information. This is achieved through PCI Compliance (Level 1 PCI DSS), 3D Secure, Fraud Detection and Monitoring, and No Storing of Card Details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you wish to change your order, we suggest cancelling your previous order and placing a new one. An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed and fulfilled so there is no set timeframe to which an order can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us directly so that we can process your request if possible.

How can I use a discount code?

If you wish to use a discount code, this can be completed during the checkout process. Simply paste your discount code into the designated field and click 'apply', which is located within the order summary section. The discount code will then be applied to your order and update accordingly.


Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs?

During the checkout process you will be presented with up to two shipping options. You will be able to select our Standard Shipping rate of R100 or our Free Shipping option which is available to customers with an order to the value of R1000 or more.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer international shipping to almost any destination across the globe. For customers who are located outside of South Africa, you can visit our International store for local rates and delivery options - www.maddogs.store.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries take between 2-5 days from when the order is processed and fulfilled. The estimated shipping times provided are based on average transit times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Can I track my order, and how?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. To track your shipment, simply head over to the website of the designated carrier, paste your tracking number and submit.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
