Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mad Dogs Clothing! We aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Below is our policy to guide you through the process.

In the case you would like to place a return or exchange; it can be processed with the following methods:

Option 1: Refund

Return the product(s) and we will refund you the full amount.

Option 2: Gift Card

Return the product(s) and we will provide you with a gift card credited to the value of the item(s).

Option 3: Replacements

Return the product(s) and we will send you replacement item(s).

Returns and exchanges can only be requested on the following basis using the below criteria:

  • The item(s) within the order confirmation are missing from your delivery.
  • The item(s) received are incorrect and do not match the order confirmation.
  • The item(s) received are damaged or defective (please read below for more information).

Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges are only valid for 30 days after the order has been received. Any returns or exchanges requested after this period will be declined.
  • We do accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to use all sizing guides, materials and information to make an informed decision before purchasing. The customer is liable to pay for the return or exchange of these item(s) unless we have sent the wrong size.
  • Please do not remove the product tag until you are satisfied with your item(s). Once the product tag has been removed, your item(s) will no longer be valid for a return or exchange.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of any item(s) to us, unless they fall within the given criteria as mentioned above.

All feedback will be sent from our official email address – info@maddogs.co.za. We may also require you to provide photographic evidence to support and successfully approve your request.


Damaged or defective products:

In the event that your order contains damaged or defective products, please use the following criteria to determine if you qualify for a return or exchange on these item(s):

  • A hole or a break in the material.
  • Contains a visible and permanent stain on the material.
  • Contains loose stitching on critical areas.
  • Missing features or trimmings such as buttons or zips.
  • Contains damaged prints or embroidery.
